HONG KONG, 15 July 2026 – Lianhe Ratings Global Limited (“Lianhe Global”), an international credit rating company, has assigned ‘AA-’ global scale Long-term Issuance Credit Rating to the Yulan CNY notes (“the Notes”) to be issued by Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch (“SPDBHK”).
