Dr. Stan Ho 
Dr. Stan Ho is the Chief Executive Officer for Lianhe Global.
Stan has been an experienced investment banking and credit rating expert, with equity capital market and corporate finance experience in Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns, where he worked on IPO, ADR listing and convertible bond offering for Non-Japan Asian issuers. Stan also worked as the Head of Non-Japan Asia structured finance group at Fitch Ratings, where he covered securitisation, covered bonds and REIT corporate rating for Non-Japan Asian issuers.
Stan is currently the Human Capital Committee Member of Financial Services Development Council of Hong Kong (FSDC), the Green Finance Certification Scheme Technical Committee Member of Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA), the Executive Committee Member of Asia-Pacific Structured Finance Association (APSA), and the Admissions, Budgets & Allocations Committee Member of the Community Chest of Hong Kong. Stan is also the Working Group Member for the Review of Paper 10 (Credit Rating) Study Manual of the SFC Licensing Examination of Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI).
Stan graduated with BBA in Information Systems at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, MBA from University of Cambridge, and DBA from City University of Hong Kong. Stan completed various executive education courses including Managerial Psychology in Practice at CEIBS, and Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management.
Ms. Joyce Chi
Joyce Chi is the Head of Business Development at Lianhe Global based in Hong Kong. She is responsible for the commercial development and client relationship management at Lianhe Global covering all sectors.
Prior to joining Lianhe Global in 2018, she was an executive director at China Great Wall AMC (International) focused on leveraged finance investments. Before that, Joyce spent about 7 years with Fitch Ratings based in Hong Kong as Senior Director and Head of the North Asia Corporates and Public Finance (Local Government Financial Vehicles or LGFVs) Business Origination team where she led the business origination team based in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei, and Seoul developing new business and managing existing client relationships. Her team achieved significant revenues and market shares growth vs the competitors and won multiple industry awards from 2015 to 2017 in the Asia Pacific region, greatly enhancing the visibility and influence of Fitch with a broad cross section of market participants including issuers, bankers, investors and media.
Before joining Fitch Ratings, Joyce worked in the Investment Banking and Capital Markets Divisions of leading investment banks such as Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, and Barclays Capital for about 10 years, during which she originated and executed a diverse range of debt/equity capital markets and M&A transactions in Greater China and across the Asia Pacific Region. She has also worked in the private banking industry covering high net worth clients at Credit Suisse.
Joyce obtained her undergraduate degree at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Ben Yau 
Ben Yau is a Senior Director at Lianhe Global. Ben is responsible for the analytical aspects at Lianhe Global covering general corporates, property developers and LIDC in the Asia Pacific Region.
Prior to joining Lianhe Global, Ben has spent over 10 years in the finance industry in Hong Kong covering capital markets, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Ben has previously worked at Fitch Ratings covering corporates and LGFVs business in Greater China. He has also worked in the investment banking division of BofA Merrill Lynch, HSBC and China Tonghai Capital (a subsidiary of Oceanwide Group), where he was involved in bond and convertibles offerings, leveraged and structured loans, IPOs/equity offerings, and mergers & acquisitions in the Asia Pacific Region.
Ben holds an Honors Business Administration Degree from Ivey Business School in Canada.
Mr. Toni Ho
Toni is a Director at Lianhe Global. Toni is responsible for the analytical aspects at Lianhe Global covering property developers, LIDC and general corporates in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to joining Lianhe Global, Toni has over 18 years of experience in equity research field, focusing on China property sector and overall market strategy in Hong Kong. Toni was previously the Head of Research at RHB Securities, where he led a team of research analysts covering a variety of sectors and formulated departmental strategies. Toni was ranked among top best real estate analyst in Asiamoney Brokers Poll in 2016. Also, Toni was interviewed by various leading medias, including Bloomberg TV, Reuters, TVB, NOW TV, etc.
Prior to joining RHB, Toni spent 7 years as a senior equity analyst covering China property sector in BOCOM International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank of Communications (3328 HK). Prior to joining BOCOM, Toni worked as a senior investment analyst in Sun Hung Kai Properties (16 HK), a leading property developer in Hong Kong.
Toni holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Toni holds CFA and FRM designations.
