HONG KONG, 5 July 2022 – Lianhe Ratings Global Limited (“Lianhe Global”), an international credit rating company, has withdrawn the global scale Long-term Issuer Credit Rating of Radiance Group Company Limited (“Radiance”). Lianhe Global has also withdrawn the global scale Long-term Issuance Credit Rating of the senior unsecured USD notes issued by Radiance.
Lianhe Global is withdrawing the ratings because Radiance has decided to stop participating in the rating process. Therefore, Lianhe Global will no longer have sufficient information to conduct its rating process and maintain the ratings.
