HONG KONG, 15 August 2022 – Lianhe Ratings Global Limited (“Lianhe Global”), an international credit rating company, has assigned ‘BB-’ Issuance Credit Rating to the senior unsecured HKD and USD commercial paper notes (“the Notes”) issued by Gemstones International Limited, and unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by LVGEM (China) Real Estate Investment Company Limited (95.HK) (“LVGEM” or “the company”, ‘BB-’/Stable). Gemstones International Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of LVGEM.
LVGEM intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for refinancing its existing indebtedness and for general corporate purpose.
