On September 1, 2019, at the 2019 Hainan Free Trade Zone (Port) Industrial Park Investment and Cooperation Conference held in Haikou, Dr. Wang Shaobo, the Chairman of Lianhe Ratings Global Limited, stated three major points: the establishment of Sanya Lianhe Credit Risk Training Institute and hosting the National Green Credit Summit Forum to strengthen Sanya’s regional influence and attract talents; the establishment of Sanya Lianhe Credit Management Limited to provide quality services on domestic and overseas financing, credit system construction, investment risk consulting, and green financing for high quality enterprises in Hainan Province; and the provision of assistance for the construction of Sanya credit system.
