HONG KONG, 8 July 2022 – Lianhe Ratings Global Limited (“Lianhe Global”), an international credit rating company, has assigned ‘BBB’ global scale Long-term Issuance Credit Rating to the proposed USD bonds (“the USD Bonds”) to be issued by Huai’an Traffic Holding Group Co., Ltd. (“Huai’an Traffic”; ‘BBB/Stable’).
Huai’an Traffic intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for refinancing its existing indebtedness.
