HONG KONG, 11 December 2023 – Lianhe Ratings Global Limited (“Lianhe Global”), an international credit rating company, has assigned ‘BBB+’ global scale Long-term Issuance Credit Rating to the USD125 million, 6.28% senior unsecured Bonds due 2024 (“the Bonds”) issued by Zhangzhou Transportation Development Group Co., Ltd. (“ZZT”; ‘BBB+’/Stable).
ZZT intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for refinancing offshore indebtedness.
