HONG KONG, 26 April 2021 – Lianhe Ratings Global Limited (“Lianhe Global”), an international credit rating company, says Yango Group Co., Ltd’s (000671.SZ) (“Yango”; ‘BB’/Stable) proposed tap issuance of its USD 300 million 7.50% senior notes due 2024 will not affect the ‘BB’ rating on the notes.
