HONG KONG, 2 June 2021 – Lianhe Ratings Global Limited (“Lianhe Global”), an international credit rating company, says E-House (China) Enterprise Holdings Limited’s (02048.HK) (“E-House”, ‘BB+’/Negative) proposed tap issuance of its USD200 million 7.6% senior unsecured USD notes due 2023 will not affect the ‘BB+’ rating on the notes.
