HONG KONG, 7 March 2022 – Lianhe Ratings Global Limited (“Lianhe Global”), an international credit rating company, has withdrawn the global scale Long-term Issuer Credit Rating of Logan Group Company Limited (3380.HK) (“Logan”). Lianhe Global has also withdrawn the global scale Long-term Issuance Credit Rating of the senior unsecured USD notes and senior unsecured HKD equity-linked securities issued by Logan. The ratings were withdrawn for commercial reasons.
